Broccoli-Spinach Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 pkg frozen spinach
- 1 pkg frozen broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c cubed American cheese
- 2 c herbed seasoned croutons
- 3 Tbsp margarine
Directions
- Cook spinach and broccoli half as long as directions call for Drain
- Add a little salt and pepper
- Combine soup and cheese Cook until cheese melts
- Combine vegetables and soup mixture Pour into a 9 x 12-inch pan
- Mix croutons with melted margarine Sprinkle on top
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350
