Broccoli And Cheddar Dip
Ingredients
- 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets vegetable recipe soup mix
- 1 16 oz container sour cream
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli thawed or spinach thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a 1-quart casserole combine vegetable soup mix sour cream broccoli and 34 cup cheese until smooth
- Top with remaining 14 cup cheese
- Bake 30 minutes or until heated through
- Serve with fresh vegetables breadsticks or crackers
- Makes about 3 cups dip
