Broccoli And Corn Scallop
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 14 c milk
- 8 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 12 oz can whole kernel corn
- 12 c bread crumbs
- 2 10 oz pkg frozen broccoli spears cooked and drained
Directions
- Saute onion in 1 tablespoon of butter
- Blend in flour Gradually add milk
- Stir constantly until thickened
- Add cheese Stir until melted
- Stir in corn and 14 cup bread crumbs
- Arrange broccoli in an 11 34 x 7 12-inch dish
- Pour cheese sauce over broccoli
- Toss remaining crumbs and butter over casserole
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- Serves 8
