Broccoli And Walnut Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 12 c coarsely chopped walnuts
- 4 c broccoli florets
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp chopped red bell pepper
Directions
- In a large skillet or wok heat the oil until quite hot
- Add the walnuts and saute for 1 minute Add the broccoli and cook over medium heat tossing frequently until tender and crisp about 4 minutes Add the soy sauce and cook 1 minute more Serve immediately garnished with red bell pepper
