Broccoli Bread
Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 c cottage cheese small curd
- 1 pkg chopped broccoli frozen
- 1 stick butter or margarine
Directions
- Cook broccoli until tender Drain Add butter melted Mix all ingredients Bake at 400 in 11 x 7 x 1 12-inch pan 35 to 40 minutes
