Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 c chopped onions
- 1 c fresh sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 pkg frozen broccoli or fresh
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Saute onions and mushrooms in oil
- Season with salt pepper and garlic powder
- Add broccoli
- Cook until tender in skillet Place in casserole dish and cover with cream of mushroom soup undiluted
- Cover with shredded cheese
- Bake in 350 oven until cheese is melted 10 or 15 minutes
