Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredients

  • 34 stick margarine
  • 12 c flour
  • 34 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 2 c milk
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 pkg frozen broccoli chopped
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 c water
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • onions andor mushrooms

Directions

  1. Boil 2 bouillon cubes in 2 cups water
  2. Add broccoli and cook 15 minutes
  3. Saute onions andor mushrooms in margarine
  4. Mix flour into cold milk and evaporated milk
  5. Cook with sauteed mix until thick
  6. Add sliced Velveeta cheese
  7. Stir until melts
  8. Add broccoli
  9. Stir on low heat until thick about 20 minutes
