Broccoli Cheese Soup
Ingredients
- 34 stick margarine
- 12 c flour
- 34 lb Velveeta cheese
- 2 c milk
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 pkg frozen broccoli chopped
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 c water
- dash of salt and pepper
- onions andor mushrooms
Directions
- Boil 2 bouillon cubes in 2 cups water
- Add broccoli and cook 15 minutes
- Saute onions andor mushrooms in margarine
- Mix flour into cold milk and evaporated milk
- Cook with sauteed mix until thick
- Add sliced Velveeta cheese
- Stir until melts
- Add broccoli
- Stir on low heat until thick about 20 minutes
