Broccoli Cheese Twice-Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 medium baking potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 1 12 c cooked chopped broccoli
  • 12 c sour cream
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese divided
  • paprika

Directions

  1. Bake potatoes at 425 for 45 to 60 minutes or until soft
  2. Cut a lengthwise slice from the top of the potatoes
  3. Scoop out pulp and place in bowl
  4. Mash potatoes add sour cream butter salt pepper onions broccoli and 34 cup cheese
  5. Refill potato shells top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with paprika
  6. Bake at 425 for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through
