Broccoli Coney Island

Ingredients
- 12 lb fresh broccoli chopped
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 envelope dry beef flavored mushroom soup mix
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- lemon slices garnish
Directions
- Cook broccoli in 1 inch salted boiling water until tender drain and save liquid
- Add enough water to make 12 cup
- Place liquid broccoli sour cream and garlic in blender until smooth Place mixture in saucepan
- Add soup and Worcestershire
- Heat to boiling
- Garnish
- Serve with crackers
- Makes 2 cups
