Broccoli Corn Bread
Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
- 1 c onions chopped
- 1 c cottage cheese
- 1 c frozen chopped broccoli
- 4 eggs beaten
- 12 stick oleo melted in pan
Directions
- Mix together the ingredients and pour over oleo melted in pan
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until done
