Broccoli Corn BreadNutritional

Ingredients

• 1 pkg Jiffy corn bread mix
• 1 large onion chopped
• 4 eggs
• 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli thawed
• 34 c cottage cheese
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 stick oleo

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together except the corn bread mix
2. Add corn bread mix last and pour into greased pan or casserole bake Can be reheated
