Broccoli Corn Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 12 c chopped broccoli frozen
• 12 c cottage cheese
• 3 eggs beaten
• 1 small onion chopped
• 1 box Jiffy mix
• 1 stick butter

Directions

1. Turn oven to 425 Mix all ingredients in large bowl Broccoli does not have to be cooked Melt butter then add other ingredients Bake until golden brown usually about what recipe calls for to make Jiffy mix muffins
