Broccoli Cornbread

Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 10 oz box chipped broccoli thawed
- 1 medium onion
- 1 12 oz carton cottage cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 c grated sharp cheese
Directions
- Melt magarine in bottom of dish
- Mix cornbread mix broccoli onion cottage cheese and eggs together
- Do not drain broccoli Pour over melted margarine in dish
- Sprinkle cheese on top
- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until done
- Must use 9 x 13-inch glass dish
- Freezes and reheats well
