Broccoli Cornbread

Ingredients
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli thawed
- 1 8 12 oz pkg cornbread mix
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 12 c butter melted
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp garlic powder or less
Directions
- Press broccoli between paper towels to remove excess moisture Combine cornbread mix eggs onion cheese butter and seasonings
- Stir well
- Add to broccoli and mix gently batter will be thick
- Pour into greased 8-inch baking pan
- Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes
