Broccoli Delight

Ingredients

• 1 bunch broccoli or frozen
• 1 8 oz jar Cheez Whiz
• 12 c milk if microwave cooking use 14 c
• 2 c cooked rice
• 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

1. Microwave broccoli in 12-quart casserole dish with enough water to cover
2. Cover dish
3. Do not cook completely done
4. Drain well
5. Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces
6. Combine rest of ingredients and add broccoli
