Broccoli Delight Salad

Ingredients

• 5 c chopped broccoli
• 12 c raisins
• 14 c chopped red onion
• 10 bacon slices fried crisp and crumbled
• 12 c pecans chopped
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 3 Tbsp vinegar
• 1 c mayonnaise

Directions

1. Combine broccoli raisins onion and pecans in large salad bowl
2. Mix well
3. In small bowl combine sugar vinegar and mayonnaise
4. Stir until sugar is dissolved
5. Pour over broccoli mixture until coated
6. Chill until ready to serve
7. Just before serving sprinkle crumbled bacon on top of broccoli salad
8. If preferred bacon may be mixed in salad
