Broccoli Ham Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 10 oz pkg frozen broccoli
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 12 c sliced onion rings
- 14 c butter
- 14 tsp seasoned salt
- 34 c chopped celery
- 14 c all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp instant chicken bouillon
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c milk
- 2 c cubed cooked ham
- 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Cook broccoli and drain
- Saute onion in 3 tablespoons butter Layer broccoli and onion in 2-quart casserole dish
- Sprinkle with seasoned salt
- In a 2-quart saucepan saute celery in 14 cup butter mix in flour bouillon and Worcestershire sauce
- Remove from heat and gradually add milk
- Bring to a boil stirring constantly
- Boil about 1 minute and stir in ham
- Spoon over vegetables
- Bake at 325 for 30 minutes
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake until cheese is melted
