Broccoli Nut Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg frozen broccoli
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c chopped pecans
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs well beaten
  • 1 14 c shredded sharp cheese
  • 2 c buttered crumbs

Directions

  1. Cook broccoli
  2. Drain Add soup mayonnaise and nuts
  3. Mix well Add eggs and onion
  4. Pour into greased baking dish Sprinkle with cheese and top with crumbs Repeat
  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes Serves 8 to 10
