Broccoli Or Spinach Cornbread

Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy mix cornbread
- 1 pkg chopped spinach or chopped broccoli thawed and drained
- 12 onion finely chopped more if you like
- 12 Tbsp salt
- 34 stick butter or 1 stick margarine
- 4 eggs
- 8 oz cottage cheese or buttermilk
Directions
- Combine Jiffy mix and vegetable
- Saute onion and salt in 34 stick butter
- Mix all together
- Pour mixture in a greased 9 inch pie plate
- Bake at 400 for 25 to 30 minutes or bake at 350 even longer
