Broccoli Rice Bake
Ingredients
- 12 c chopped celery
- 12 c chopped onion
- 12 c margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 c water
- 1 8 oz jar process cheese spread
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 23 c precooked rice
Directions
- Cook celery and onion in margarine until golden
- Combine soup water and cheese spread
- Thaw broccoli over hot water in top of double boiler
- Combine all ingredients
- Place in a greased 2-quart casserole dish
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
