Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 boxes frozen broccoli 20 oz
- 1 stick butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 12 c Minute rice
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 small can chopped mushrooms
- 1 lb Velveeta
Directions
- Saute broccoli with butter and onions
- Combine with remaining ingredients
- Bake at 375 for 35 minutes
