Broccoli Rice Whiz
Ingredients
- 1 14 c rice uncooked
- 34 c chopped onion
- 34 c chopped bell pepper
- 34 c chopped celery
- 12 stick margarine
- 1 8 oz hot Mexican Cheez Whiz
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 12 c milk
- 1 16 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli
Directions
- Cook rice in a large saucepan and drain
- Saute onion bell pepper and celery in margarine
- Add onion bell pepper and celery to the rice while still hot
- Fold in Cheez Whiz chicken soup and milk
- Heat on low burner just until cheese and soup are well blended
- Fold in chopped broccoli
- Pour into a greased casserole and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350
- Serves 12
