Broccoli Scallop Linguine

Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 lb linguine
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 12 c butter or margarine
- 2 tsp minced fresh garlic
- 1 lb fresh bay scallops
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cut broccoli into flowerets and thin slices
- Blanch in boiling salted water two minutes
- Drain well refresh under cold running water
- Set aside
