Broccoli With Cheese

Ingredients

• 4 boxes frozen broccoli cooked
• 1 c mayonnaise
• 2 eggs beaten
• 34 stick butter melted
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• paprika
• 1 small box Velveeta cheese
• 1 pack crushed Ritz crackers
• 1 can sliced water chestnuts
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Recipe can be prepared a day ahead for better taste
2. Spray baking dish with nonstick spray or lightly grease with fat
