Broiled Fish A La Acapulco

Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets
  • 2 Tbsp tequila
  • 2 Tbsp dry vermouth
  • 12 tsp dry dill weed
  • 12 tsp oregano rubbed
  • 3 Tbsp melted butter

Directions

  1. Prepare fish marinate in remaining ingredients for 30 minutes
  2. Place on a greased sizzle platter
  3. Brush with melted butter
  4. Broil until done do not turn
  5. Remove to plate keep warm
  6. Place platter on burner
  7. Add marinade and reduce juices by 12
  8. Return fish to hot platter and baste with juices
  9. Serve
