Broiled Fish A La Acapulco

Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 2 Tbsp tequila
- 2 Tbsp dry vermouth
- 12 tsp dry dill weed
- 12 tsp oregano rubbed
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
Directions
- Prepare fish marinate in remaining ingredients for 30 minutes
- Place on a greased sizzle platter
- Brush with melted butter
- Broil until done do not turn
- Remove to plate keep warm
- Place platter on burner
- Add marinade and reduce juices by 12
- Return fish to hot platter and baste with juices
- Serve
