Broiled Lamb

Ingredients
- 1 c olive oil
- 12 c fresh lemon juice
- 1 large onion thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 12 c fresh Italian parsley chopped
- few sprigs of fresh oregano
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 leg of lamb about 9 lb butterflied
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except for lamb
- Mix well and pour over lamb in glass dish
- Turn lamb to coat well
- Refrigerate overnight turning occasionally
