Broiled Red Snapper

Ingredients
- snapper
- 14 stick butter
- 1 slice lemon
- small amount oregano
- hint of paprika
Directions
- Place snapper on broiler pan Brush with butter and squeeze a slice of lemon over each piece of fish
- Sprinkle with a small amount of oregano and just a hint of paprika
- Broil on top rack of oven for approximately 5 to 6 minutes
- Crack door to keep fish warm until serving
