Broiled Salmon In Herb Sauce

Ingredients
- 12 c butter
- 12 tsp oregano
- 12 tsp basil
- 12 tsp thyme
- 12 tsp sage
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 12 lb salmon fillets
- salt
Directions
- Combine butter spices and chopped garlic and heat slowly until butter is melted
- Let stand for 15 minutes
- Sprinkle fillets with salt and place on greased broiler pan
- Brush with butter sauce
- Broil 3 inches from heat source 4 to 6 minutes on each side basting several times
