Broiled Shrimp Parmigiana

Ingredients
- 12 c lemon juice
- 1 doz jumbo shrimp
- 14 lb butter
- 2 eggs
- paprika to taste
- pepper to taste
- Italian bread crumbs
- 1 lb Mozzarella cheese
- thickzesty red sauce
Directions
- Add lemon juice to a bowl of cold water
- Clean shrimp and devein under cold running water
- Remove tail shell as well
- Split shrimp along vein cavity but do not separate
- Place in bowl of lemon water and let set
