Broiled Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 1 12 c bread crumbs
- 14 c chopped pecans
- 1 crushed clove garlic
- 1 12 Tbsp chives
- 1 12 Tbsp basil
- 1 12 Tbsp tarragon
- 2 Tbsp sherry
- dash salt and pepper
- 13 c Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
- Rinse mushrooms and wipe gently with a paper towel to dry Remove stems and chop finely
- Saute stems in butter for 2-3 minutes
- Add bread crumbs nuts garlic chives basil and tarragon
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
