Broken Glass Cake

Ingredients

• 3 small pkg jello 1 raspberry 1 lime and 1 orange
• 3 c boiling water
• 1 12 c cold water
• sugar
• 1 c pineapple juice
• 12 c water
• 14 c sugar
• 1 box lemon jello
• 1 pt whipping cream
• vanilla

Directions

1. Dissolve each of the jello flavors in 1 cup boiling water and 12 cup cold water
2. Pour into 3 8-inch square pans and chill until firm
3. Blend pineapple juice water and sugar bring to a boil
4. Add lemon jello and stir until dissolved
5. Chill mixture until its consistency of unbeaten egg white
6. Whip this mixture then whip the cream then whip together
7. Cut the 3 jello flavors in 12-inch cubes and fold through the lemon mixture
8. Refrigerate until ready to serve
