Broken Glass Pie
Ingredients
- 1 pkg raspberry jello 3 oz
- 1 pkg lime jello 3 oz
- 1 c pineapple juice
- 1 pt whipped cream
- 14 c margarine melted
- 1 pkg lemon jello 3 oz
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp unflavored gelatin
- 1 12 c graham cracker crumbs
- 12 c sugar
Directions
- Dissolve each jello in 1 cup boiling water
- Add 12 cup cold water and 1 tablespoon sugar to each
- Chill until firm
- Cut into small pieces
- Boil pineapple juice with 1 tablespoon sugar
- Add unflavored gelatin dissolved in 14 cup cold water
- Cool
- Fold pineapple juice mixture and gelatins into whipped cream
- Combine crumbs with margarine and 12 cup sugar
- Line 8 or 9-inch square pan with 12 crumbs
- Pour mixture into pan
- Top with remaining crumbs
- Chill overnight
