Brown Jug Cheese Soup

Ingredients
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 qt water
- 1 c diced onion
- 1 c diced celery
- 2 12 c diced new potatoes
- 1 20 oz bag frozen broccoli and cauliflower
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb cubed Velveeta cheese
Directions
- Cook first 4 ingredients in a large pot for 20 minutes
- Add potatoes and frozen vegetables
- Cook another 20 minutes Add soup and cheese
- Stir often until cheese melts cooking on low heat Delicious
