Brown Jug Cheese Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 qt water
  • 1 c diced onion
  • 1 c diced celery
  • 2 12 c diced new potatoes
  • 1 20 oz bag frozen broccoli and cauliflower
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb cubed Velveeta cheese

Directions

  1. Cook first 4 ingredients in a large pot for 20 minutes
  2. Add potatoes and frozen vegetables
  3. Cook another 20 minutes Add soup and cheese
  4. Stir often until cheese melts cooking on low heat Delicious
