Brown Jug Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 c cubed potatoes
  • 1 c finely chopped onions
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 10 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 qt water
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese cubed

Directions

  1. Combine potatoes onions bouillon cubes mixed vegetables and water in a big pot
  2. Bring all to a boil and reduce heat
  3. Simmer for one-half hour
  4. Then add celery soup and Velveeta cheese
  5. Stir until well blended and hot
  6. Serves 6
