Brown Jug Soup

Ingredients
- 2 c cubed potatoes
- 1 c finely chopped onions
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 10 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 qt water
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese cubed
Directions
- Combine potatoes onions bouillon cubes mixed vegetables and water in a big pot
- Bring all to a boil and reduce heat
- Simmer for one-half hour
- Then add celery soup and Velveeta cheese
- Stir until well blended and hot
- Serves 6
