Brown Sugar-Bourbon Glazed Ham

Ingredients

• 1 11 to 14 lb whole bone-in smoked ham with rind
• whole cloves
• 1 34 c water
• 12 c bourbon
• 1 c packed dark brown sugar
• 1 34 c apple cider
• 14 c Dijon mustard
• 12 tsp black pepper
• 1 Tbsp cider vinegar

Directions

1. Place unwrapped ham on rack in large roasting pan Let stand at room temperature 2 hours
