Brown Sugar Cake With Maple Flavor

Ingredients

• 1 c white sugar
• 1 14 c brown sugar
• 3 c flour
• 3 eggs separated
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 34 c margarine
• 12 c milk
• 1 14 c buttermilk
• 1 12 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp maple flavor

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar then add egg yolks one at a time and beat
2. Mix milk and buttermilk together
3. Take 13 cup out
4. Add soda to 13 cup of milk
5. Add flour and milk to mixture
6. Add flavorings
7. Fold in beaten egg whites
8. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes
