Brown Sugar Macaroons

Ingredients
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 14 c finely chopped pecans
- 1 egg white unbeaten
Directions
- Combine sugar nuts and egg and mix
- Using 1 rounded teaspoonful per cookie shape into balls
- Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet in a preheated 300 oven for 15 to 20 minutes
