Brownie Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 2 c flour
• 2 sticks oleo
• 1 c water
• 4 Tbsp cocoa
• 12 c sour milk make sour by adding 1 tsp vinegar to milk
• 12 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 eggs

Directions

1. Sift together sugar and flour
2. Bring to a boil the oleo cocoa and water
3. Add milk soda and vanilla
4. Add to flour mixture
5. Add eggs and beat
6. Bake in greased and floured jelly roll pan 16 x 11 x 1 12-inch at 400 for 20 minutes
7. While still hot spread on icing
