Brownie Mix

Ingredients

• 6 c all-purpose flour
• 4 tsp baking powder
• 4 tsp salt
• 8 c sugar
• 1 8 oz can baking cocoa
• 2 c vegetable shortening

Directions

1. In a large bowl combine first five ingredients
2. With a pastry blender cut in shortening until evenly distributed Store in a large airtight container in cupboard
3. Keeps 10 to 12 weeks
4. Yield
5. About 17 cups of mix
