Brownie Mix
Ingredients
- 6 c all-purpose flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 4 tsp salt
- 8 c sugar
- 1 8 oz can baking cocoa
- 2 c vegetable shortening
Directions
- In a large bowl combine first five ingredients
- With a pastry blender cut in shortening until evenly distributed Store in a large airtight container in cupboard
- Keeps 10 to 12 weeks

- About 17 cups of mix
