Brownie Mix

Ingredients
- 6 c all-purpose flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 4 tsp salt
- 8 c sugar
- 8 oz can baking cocoa
- 2 c shortening
Directions
- In large bowl combine flour baking powder salt sugar and cocoa with a pastry blender cut in shortening until evenly distributed
- Store in large container
- It doesnt have to be refrigerated
- Keeps 10 to 12 weeks and yields 17 cups mix
