Brownies Cockaigne

Ingredients
- 12 c butter
- 4 oz chocolate
- 4 eggs at room temperature
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c all-purpose flour
- 1 c pecans
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler
- Cool mixture
- Beat eggs and salt gradually add sugar and vanilla
- Combine cooled chocolate mixture into egg and sugar mixture
- Fold in all-purpose flour and nuts
- Bake in a 9 x 9-inch pan for 25 minutes
- Cut when cool
