Brunch Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb Owens sausage
- 1 8 oz can crescent dinner rolls refrigerated
- 2 c 8 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 3 eggs beaten
- 34 c milk
- 14 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
Directions
- Crumble sausage in medium skillet cook over medium heat until brown stirring occasionally
- Drain well
- Line bottom of buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with crescent rolls firmly pressing perforations to seal
- Sprinkle with sausage and cheese Combine remaining ingredients beat well and pour over sausage Bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until set
- Let stand 5 minutes Cut into squares and serve immediately
- Yields 6 to 8 servings
