Brunch Souffle

Ingredients
- 6 pieces bread broken up
- 1 lb sharp Cheddar cheese grated
- 4 to 7 eggs
- 2 c milk
Directions
- In a large casserole greased with margarine break up bread Grate Cheddar cheese and mix with bread
- In a blender mix quickly eggs and milk
- Pour over bread and cheese mixture
- Cover with foil and let sit in fridge overnight
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour 35 to 40 minutes covered 20 to 25 minutes uncovered
