Brunch Souffle

Ingredients

  • 6 pieces bread broken up
  • 1 lb sharp Cheddar cheese grated
  • 4 to 7 eggs
  • 2 c milk

Directions

  1. In a large casserole greased with margarine break up bread Grate Cheddar cheese and mix with bread
  2. In a blender mix quickly eggs and milk
  3. Pour over bread and cheese mixture
  4. Cover with foil and let sit in fridge overnight
  5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour 35 to 40 minutes covered 20 to 25 minutes uncovered
