Brunswick Stew

Ingredients
- 25 lb deer or ground beef
- 12 lb chicken or turkey
- 15 lb onions
- 6 32 oz bottles catsup
- 6 12 Tbsp red pepper
- 1 small bottle Worcestershire sauce
- brown sugar enough to take edge off tomatoes
- 12 to 1 c small amount vinegar
- 13 lb pork
- 18 qt tomatoes
- 20 pt corn
- 6 12 Tbsp black pepper
- 8 Tbsp salt
- meat tenderizer
Directions
- Grind all meat and vegetables Cook slowly until onion is clear stirring constantly to prevent scorching Can or freeze
