Ingredients

  • 8 oz cooked Brussels sprouts
  • 14 c chicken bouillon
  • dash of nutmeg
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 12 oz grated Swiss cheese
  • 12 oz grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. In a shallow 1-pint casserole combine Brussels sprouts bouillon nutmeg and pepper
  2. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 425 for 10 to 12 minutes
  3. Makes 2 servings
