Brussels Sprouts With Cheese

Ingredients
- 8 oz cooked Brussels sprouts
- 14 c chicken bouillon
- dash of nutmeg
- pepper to taste
- 1 12 oz grated Swiss cheese
- 12 oz grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- In a shallow 1-pint casserole combine Brussels sprouts bouillon nutmeg and pepper
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 425 for 10 to 12 minutes
- Makes 2 servings
