Bubbling Cheese Bread
Ingredients
- 1 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 23 c mayonnaise
- 14 tsp onion powder
- 1 16 oz loaf French bread halved lengthwise
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- In medium bowl combine the first 3 ingredients
- Spread cheese mixture on cut side of each bread half
- Sprinkle with Parmesan
- Broil 4 inches from heat for 3 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned
