Bubie Keepsake Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

• 26 Oreo cookies crushed reserve 2 crushed for garnish
• 13 c softened butter
• 12 gal mint chip ice cream
• 1 can Hersheys fudge topping
• 1 large tub Cool Whip thawed

Directions

1. Take 24 crushed cookies and blend with butter
2. Press into a 13 x 9-inch metal pan
3. Freeze for 20 minutes
4. Let the ice cream soften during this process
5. Layer ice cream over cookies spread the entire can of chocolate over ice cream layer
6. Layer with Cool Whip next
7. Spread your crushed cookies you have reserved over the top
8. Cover with foil and freeze
