Bucellato

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter
• 1 c sugar
• 1 c milk
• 3 eggs
• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 c raisins
• 2 tsp anise seed
• 12 c glazed fruit
• 3 tsp vanilla
• 2 tsp brandy extract
• 2 tsp rum extract
• 2 Tbsp Anisette Liqueur

Directions

1. In a large bowl cream butter and sugar
2. When thoroughly blended add milk and eggs mix well and add flour and baking powder
3. Add raisins anise seed glazed fruit vanilla brandy and rum extracts and AnisetteMix well and shape as desired Decorate top with walnut halves if desired
4. Bake in 400 oven for 10 minutes reduce heat to 350 and bake for about 50 minutes
