Budget Cake
Ingredients
- 1 12 c sugar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 small can coconut
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 12 tsp cinnamon
- 2 c flour
- 1 14 c salad oil
- 1 small can crushed pineapple drained slightly
- 4 eggs
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in mixer and beat until mixed well approximately 2 minutes
- Pour into two 9-inch cake pans that have been greased and floured
- Bake at 325 for 35 minutes Cool before icing with cream cheese frosting
