Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 3 lb chicken wings
  • 1 c Louisiana hot sauce
  • 23 c butter
  • 12 c Burgundy wine
  • 18 tsp nutmeg
  • 12 tsp garlic powder
  • 18 tsp salt
  • 18 tsp white pepper

Directions

  1. Disjoint wings and wash
  2. Deep fry in oil drain
  3. While wings are frying mix all remaining ingredients and warm until butter is melted
  4. After draining wings toss them in the sauce until coated Serve with carrot and celery strips and Blue cheese dip
  5. Makes 8 to 10 servings
