Buffet Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 lb partially thawed hash browns
- 12 c melted butter
- 14 c chopped onion
- 14 c chopped red pepper
- 14 c chopped green pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pt sour cream
- 10 oz grated Cheddar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 12 c bread crumbs
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together except butter and bread crumbs and pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs and drizzle the butter over crumbs
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350
