Buljol

Ingredients
- 12 lb salted codfish
- 1 or 2 large tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 onion finely chopped or sliced
- 1 green sweet pepper finely chopped
- 12 tsp fresh hot pepper
- 2 to 3 Tbsp olive oil
- avocado pear
- lettuce
- 2 hard-cooked eggs sliced
Directions
- Break fish in pieces and place in saucepan with cold water Gradually heat to boiling and pour off water
- Repeat until fish is no longer salty
- Remove skin and bones and slice fish in very small pieces
- Blend fish with first five ingredients
- Serve on platter and garnish with lettuce hard-cooked eggs and avocado pear slices
